1. No Refund for Completed Services

Once the final content has been delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Due to the digital nature of our services, we cannot reclaim time or intellectual output already provided.

2. Eligibility for Refunds (Before Completion)

4. Revision & Support Instead of Refund

  • You are entitled to free revisions, as per our revision policy.

  • Refunds are generally not granted for dissatisfaction, unless substantial non-compliance with the agreed requirements can be proven.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced.

  • Failure to use or submit the work provided.

  • Delay due to client-side inaction or lack of communication.

  • Client dissatisfaction after full delivery and no revision requests submitted within the stated revision window (typically 72 hours after delivery).

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
